ICASTIS 2026 – The 3rd International Congress on Academic Translation Studies, with the theme “The Human Translator: New Roles and Contexts,” will be held from September 30 to October 2, 2026, at Marmara University in Istanbul.
The conference program has been published on our website. To finalize the program and confirm attendance, we kindly ask you to indicate your participation status by replying to the email sent to you.
As previously announced, the late registration period runs from August 20 to September 1, 2026. The applicable registration fees for this period are as follows:

Participation with one paper 80 Euro / 4,400 TL
Participation with a second paper 45 Euro / 2,500 TL
Graduate students 40 Euro / 2,200 TL
Co-authors 40 Euro / 2,200 TL
Attendees 30 Euro / 1,700 TL
Participants who wish to attend the conference but have not yet completed their registration must do so by September 1, 2026, during the late registration period. As of this date, the registration process will close, and the final conference program will be determined based on the reported participation statuses.
In addition, the participation fee for the gala dinner to be held as part of the conference has been set at 70 Euro / 3,750 TL per person.
We kindly ask that you also submit your information regarding participation, payment, and the gala dinner via the “MU-ICASTIS 2026 – Participation, Payment, and Dinner Notification Form.” You may fill out the relevant form based on your current participation and payment status:
